Caring for Kids in Foster Care AND ADOPTION

As followers of Jesus, we want to show mercy and compassion to the orphan or the fatherless. As a result, Life church partners with incredible organizations in Charlotte that are dignifying and uplifting the children and families in our community impacted by foster care and adoption.

There are numerous ways you can get involved financially, through volunteering, and through fostering.

EVERY CHILD fOSTER

Every Child believes that every CHILD deserves a safe, stable, & loving home. Whether it is a temporary placement or a long-term living situation, they know that the local church can bridge the gap for the thousands of children in the North Carolina foster care system

CHRISTIAN ADOPT SERVICES

CAS’ domestic staff works with expectant parents who have decided to place their baby for adoption and those who are already parenting but have decided to place their child(ren) for adoption. Their international staff works with foreign counterparts in the Philippines and the Czech Republic to identify children internationally that need homes. CAS also has a Foster-to-Adopt program. The program aims to place older children and sibling groups into forever homes in the foster care system.

qUEEN CITY PREGNANCY RESOURCE CENTER

Queen City Pregnancy Resource Center in Charlotte, NC, provides free pregnancy services and information about their pregnancy. They educate, support, and empower women facing unplanned pregnancies with professional medical care.

OUT OF THE ASHES FOUNDATION

Out of the Ashes addresses the impact on the family that follows a pregnancy loss, infant loss, or the journey of infertility by showing honor, providing help and restoring hope in the Gospel of Christ.
